These terms apply to all Fairground incentivised activities unless otherwise stated in the rules of the individual incentive.
We have created Fairground.wtf and the incentives activities to reward the Vega community for their time and participation in helping us find bugs and defaults in the Vega Protocol. It is supposed to be fun, participatory and playfully relaxed. Don’t be acting like someone you wouldn’t want to hang out with.
If you do act like this, and are not participating in a way that aligns with our community values, or in the spirit of the incentives program, then we reserve the right to not reward you and exclude you from the incentives going forward … a good example of this behaviour would be designing bots in order to collect as many rewards as possible unless the incentive specifically says this is OK. When in doubt, act in the best interest of the Vega Protocol and community as a whole.
Not every country’s residents are allowed to enter, if you fall into one of the categories listed below unfortunately you are not eligible, so please don’t go trying:
CITIZENS, RESIDENTS AND/OR GREEN CARD HOLDERS OF, AND PERSONS RESIDING IN THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA are excluded from receiving tokens as are participants from the following countries:
People’s Republic of China, Canada, Burma, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Crimea Region, Bangladesh, Bolivia, Sudan, Ecuador, Egypt, Kyrgyzstan, Morocco, Namibia.
And sorry kids, all participants must be over 18 years of age at the date of registration.
Apart from the glory and kudos, the only incentive rewards will be VEGA tokens.

You can register to participate in the fairground incentivised activities by following the instructions on the registration page.
You can enter as many times as you wish unless otherwise stated in the rules for each individual incentive but users who we suspect of using automated bulk entries will be disqualified from this and all future incentives. It goes back to that act in the spirit thing above.
If a winner has been selected and we discover, or have reasonable grounds to believe, a winning entry has been made via an automated bulk entry, we shall have the absolute discretion to select an alternative winner or to decide not to give out the incentive.
Any further entrant will be selected on the same criteria as the original entrant and will be subject to these terms and conditions.
We will never charge for participating in an incentivised activity.
You will be responsible in the usual way for the costs of participation such as internet connection etc and any gas costs associated with redeeming the incentive.
Winners are selected as per the rules outlined for the individual incentive.
Rewards are distributed at our discretion and no rewards will be given as a result of improper actions by or on behalf of a participant. An improper action for these purposes will include the making of automated bulk participations to collect rewards (are you getting the message?).
No alternative reward will be given, the reward for each incentive is non-transferable & non-exchangeable.
We reserve the right to change the rewards due to circumstances beyond our control or to offer an alternative. If an incentive stops before the end date, because the system crashes, or any other reason, it will be at our discretion to decide what, if any, rewards are awarded, who to and how they are awarded. This activity is all designed to test the Vega Protocol, so unexpected things are going to happen (they better!), show compassion when it does, it is usually in the long-term benefit of the Vega Project.
You will be sent a link to your registered Twitter account via DM from @VegaFarirground. This link will allow you to assign tokens to a wallet. You can see if your transaction was successful at token.vega.xyz/tranches. This link is not personal to you or your wallet, it can be used one time only, and if it is redeemed by someone other than you for whatever reason we cannot reissue it or a replacement reward - so treat it like a very precious thing.
After the tokens are assigned to your wallet in the smart contract, unlocked and vested, you can transfer them to your wallet at token.vega.xyz.

You will need to pay the gas costs on all these transactions.
It is your responsibility to pay any & all applicable taxes on any rewards earned through participation.
We reserve the right to verify your eligibility & to check your identity.
We also reserve the right to disqualify you from the incentivised activities or withdraw the offer of any reward should you at any stage supply any untruthful, inaccurate or misleading personal details & information or if we consider you have breached these terms and conditions. So probably don’t do that.
We only want the minimum amount of details we need to run the incentives. We will use them on the leaderboard, to contact you and possibly to announce your reward on social media. Your personal details will be treated in accordance with our Privacy Policy from time to time and in accordance with the law of Gibraltar as it relates to personal details.

These terms and conditions also do not affect your legal rights that cannot be limited or excluded. Otherwise, we will not be liable to you for any matter relating to the incentives offered by us.
Without limitation, we will not be liable to you if you suffer loss or inconvenience because of the failures of persons or systems - for example, mobile phone network operators, internet service providers, software providers and telephone traffic handlers.
These terms and conditions form a legally binding agreement between you and us (Gobalsky Labs Limited). We reserve the right to change them and update them from time to time but if we do so we will post the changes on this website.
In the event of any dispute regarding these terms and conditions, the conduct, results or any fault, misunderstanding, mistake or dispute concerning the operation of an incentive, including the operation of any technical/communications system, our decision shall be final.
These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of Gibraltar and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Gibraltar.
