We are aware that this was a tough one, both in terms of setting it up technically as well as what strategy to run, so in order to to show our appreciation we have decided to reward all participants that managed perform the requested tasks no matter their PNL.

LIQUIDITY PROVISION INCENTIVE DETAILS
On Monday the 28th of March at 5PM UTC an Liquidity Provision incentive ran on Vega Fairground.
The Liquidity Provision functionality on Vega is a way for liquidity providers to bid against each other in order to offer the trader the lowest fee possible while providing liquidity to the market. More information about Liquidity Provision can be found here and find out more about fees here.
As for the incentive, it was performed using the Liquidity Provision functionality on the SOLUSD market on Fairground. At the end of the testing period, which is was at 5pm UTC (6pm BST/UTC+1) on 1st April, all traders' position was settled and added to the general account and be combined with the fees collected. The accounts with the highest (non-zero) profit on their general account after market settlement will receive rewards according to the incentives table below:

HOW TO PARTICITPATE IN THE INCENTIVE
To successfully complete this incentive, you need to:
Create a Vega wallet by following these instructions and copy the generated public key. In case you have never taken part of Vega incentives you will need to register for incentives.
- Use your public key on the faucet in order to receive the asset (XYZAlpha) needed to create a Liquidity Commitment on the SOLUSD market.
- Setup and run your liquidity commitment script via API calls, which documentation can be found on docs.fairground. In case you need further assistance to get you started we are always available to help in our Discord.
- Hint: Make sure your configuration/wallet API details are correct, and your scripts are configured to send LP commitments to the SOLUSD market! The sample API scripts shared are the bare-bones for you to start building on, but you'll need to take them further to succeed :)
- End up in the top list and collect your reward! Good Luck!
Please note, if you are using a local CLI wallet, you are required to run version v0.13.1 (or later), as for the Vega Wallet Desktop app v0.1.1 is required. You can download the latest wallet by following these instructions.
HOW TO CLAIM YOUR TOKENS
After 18th April 2022, winners will be able to get a token claim link by logging onto the token rewards website with the Twitter account used to register for Fairground Incentives (this is the Twitter handle on the list above). You will be asked to confirm your country of residence - unfortunately those in restricted countries will not be able to claim tokens.
This is a unique, one time use link, and not specific to any individual so it can be used by anyone to claim tokens. Please treat it with the same security as you would a token. Unfortunately Vega cannot rectify any mistakes, lost links, or links that have already been used. You know the drill!
All tokens have a linear vesting. All tokens, either locked or vested, can be staked on the Vega network once it is live.

Rules
- Breaking things is encouraged! Tell us how you broke them and we may give you a tip if it’s found to be a critical bug. Demonstrate exactly how to reproduce it here. Include screenshots/code snippets in as much detail as possible to be eligible for a tip.
- The Vega project reserves the right to not reward participants that are not participating in the community spirit of the incentive programs i.e. botting to collect as many rewards as possible.
- In the event of unforeseen issues and/or a network crash (or essential reset) we will either restart the event OR track and reward those that participated successfully. The course of action will depend on the unforeseen issue. If you miss out, don’t worry, there are many more incentives planned for the coming weeks and months.
- Attempting to create multiple entries by changing twitter handles, having multiple personal accounts, using bot or farmed twitter accounts or by any other means will result in disqualification from this, and any future, incentives.
